Neka.us published a very good report from Mancora, Peru…

Mancora was excellent. Wind was good 11 out of 12 days. Mostly 9m, 13m a few days, could have used a 7m one day. Waves were head to a few feet over the first few days, then subsided to knee to waist.
Wind was like clockwork. None in the morning for surfing. Picked up daily at 11-1, done by 5.
Water was like summer on Cape. Wore everything from Trunks to 3/2.
Rode 3 different point breaks, all lefts. Mancora, Cabo blancio and Lobitos. Lobitos is the spot with the oil platforms offshore that you see on the videos. Quite a contrast when you are pinching upwind on the way out and you see whales breaching and dolphin pods going by those rigs
